Good Morning Gorgeous,
It’s a brand new day. A fresh start. A new day to speak boldly and declare the promises of God over your life. When we speak, things shift. When God speaks, stars appear and fall into place. I often say that God spoke the world right into existence because it blows my mind. I am in awe of our magnificent God who can say a word and the sun and moon appear. He can speak another word and land masses are formed, and water springs forth. The Lord’s Words are so powerful that He spoke and sun, moon, land, sea, plants, and animals came into existence. We could just bask in that beautiful truth this morning. When God speaks, what was void becomes a shape. What was empty becomes filled. What was nothing, becomes a beautiful design. Words are SO powerful.
And because we are the temple of the Holy Spirit and we carry the Presence of the Lord inside of us, our words are empowered.
Our words carry both life and death. Jesus spoke and Lazarus was raised to life. He didn’t even have to touch him.. He stood outside of his tomb and called him forth. He saw a fig tree and it was covered in leaves appearing to be healthy, but it bore no fruit. Jesus cursed the fig tree, and it withered and died right before the disciples’ eyes!!!
Your words can move mountains, bring blessing, change the atmosphere, access healing, and even cast out evil.
Your words can also cause destruction, solidify false thinking, fertilize seeds of doubt, and bring about death in a variety of areas.
Instead of focusing on the harm we can bring with our tongue, let’s focus on its beautiful creative powers! The ability to speak truth over ourselves and others so that we can experience the manifestation of God’s promises!
This morning I challenge you to declare the words of God over your life. Here are a few I am statements for us today. I am calling it “Who I am Wednesday”
I am a child of the living God chosen by Him for this very time in history. I was chosen for purpose and greatness. He has good and mighty plans for me.
The Lord crafted my every feature. He formed me carefully and precisely in my mother’s womb. Every gifting and every talent is a loving gift from my Father who designed me with great care. He is a master artist, and I am his masterpiece.
The Lord formed me in His very image. I am created to reflect Him in the earth. To embrace Him know Him so that I can make Him known to others.
The Lord has given me a great inheritance. The inheritance of the heavenlies. I am able to use my inheritance now to bring the order of heaven to earth. My inheritance is all of heaven backing me up when I speak. Angels are dispatched at my command. The Lord’s equipping and favor is on me and when I ask for something that aligns to the will of the Father, I can rest assured that I will receive it.
The Lord loves me with a wild, crazy, all consuming love. Nothing can separate the two of us! Not a single failure, not a scheme of the enemy, nothing can come between the love that my Father and I share.
Gorgeous friends, those are just a few to get us warmed up! Seriously speak these things aloud and often! They are all backed by scripture. They are for you! Speak it and receive it. Believe it and live it.
Keep speaking it every day. The Lord’s promises are good and for you. When you speak them aloud, things shift and change.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Equip us. Strengthen us. Move us..Lord, help us to speak truth, believe truth, walk in truth, and spread the truth. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
