Good Morning Gorgeous,

It’s a brand new day. A fresh new start. A new day to rise up and follow Jesus.

On this day of our vacation, we decided to hike to Anna Ruby Falls.

The hike is .6 miles, so not long at all and the path is paved.

However, it is still an uphill hike that feels a little strenuous at moments. All of the kids, adults, and dogs were able to hike to the falls with little trouble.

And the view at the top was incredible. There were so many amazing parts to marvel at along the way that my friend Mandy said it felt like a magical place. She said it was so beautiful that it felt fake like a Disney attraction or theme park.

This is what God’s pure creation looks like! So preciously beautiful that it outshines even our best efforts to recreate it. God designs places more magical and pristine than Disney!

Think for a moment some of the most amazing places you’ve been whether man-made like a theme park or God made like a rainforest or the Grand Canyon or a beautiful beach…. and now let the promise of God wash over you that He is preparing an even MORE amazing place for you in heaven!

What God has in store for those that accept Him as Lord,  submit to Him,  and follow Him in this life is more than our ears have ever heard and more amazing than anything our eyes have ever seen!

A few of the promises ahead are:

That all tears will be wiped away.

We will have a new, glorified body.

We will eat and drink and dine with Jesus.

There are places prepared just for us!

It is more than our senses have ever experienced here on earth.

And God’s creation on earth is over the top magnificent and amazing! So just imagine what is up ahead!

There is a hike to get there, oh but what awaits us at the top!

And God desires for us to enjoy the hike here on earth too. He gave us miraculous victories HERE too.

For even though we have a wonderful eternal home being prepared by Jesus Himself, we ALSO have inheritance NOW.

Many think of their God given inheritance as their invitation into heaven, but Jesus called our inheritance the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Think for a moment…. when do we receive an inheritance here on earth? What has to happen first? The person who is giving the inheritance dies and then the living children receive the inheritance!

The SAME goes for our holy inheritance. Our Father came to earth in the form of Jesus, and He died for us. When He died, He defeated all powers of hell, sin, and death. He resurrected and then ascended to heaven. He took His seat of FULL authority at the right hand of the Father and then on Pentecost, He sent the much anticipated Holy Spirit.

With our inheritance, we have been handed the KEYS OF THE KINGDOM!

We have been give the authority to preach, heal, and deliver those held captive by the enemy.

And we have been given access to every spiritual blessing and abundant life.

So WOW!!!!! Inheritance NOW in the form of peace, power, and keys to the heavenly realm.

AND

Eternal inheritance in the form of our names being written in the Lamb’s Book of Life granting us access to our Heavenly Home!

And we just keep running our race and fighting the good fight of faith all the way until we take our final breath!

Dear Heavenly Father,

May each and every one of us hear the most precious words a child of God could ever hear! “Well done good and faithful servant!” Lord, protect us from the evil plans of the enemy. Strengthen us for spiritual battles. Let us come out victorious time and time and time again all the way to the top! Let us walk in the paved spaces that You have set before us. Lord, guide us in ALL truth. Remove any hindrances that are keeping us in darkness. Full surrender to You so that we can receive every promise You’ve given in full measure!

And that you are choosing to follow Him now and leave the ways of the world behind for the things of Jesus!!! And if you mean that with your heart, you are saved and set free to live a new life free of sin! The Bible says you are now a brand new creation! Old things have passed away and new things have come!!! The Bible also says that all of heaven rejoices whenever a person is saved!!!! Just imagine the party being held in heaven on your behalf right now!!!
