Good Afternoon Child of the Most High God,
I’m deep in the story of Noah and the ark. I’ve been digging into some deep truths. And I saw something NEW again today!!
God spoke with Noah several times, and then something changed.
Take a look at these next few verses to see who God was speaking to.
He addresses Noah.
When God talked to Noah to build the Ark, He spoke only to Noah. When God said to get into the Ark, he spoke to Noah.
When God said to leave the Ark, he spoke to Noah.
And THEN, the sons who had obeyed God’s voice alongside of their father got elevated! The sons who left everything behind to get on the ark, to stay on the ark, and to exit, were now being addressed by God too!!
Look at the greeting! God blesses Noah and his sons and addresses them too!
They begin to hear from God too! Now instead of hearing what God was saying through their father, they get to hear from God directly!
When God said to be fruitful and multiply, He spoke to Noah AND His sons!!!
This is IMPORTANT because Noah’s attentiveness to the voice of God and his continued faith and obedience, made way for his sons to hear directly from God tooo!
If you’re battling today, know this giant is worth facing. Because you’re setting generations free with your radical obedience! Keep pressing child of God!
You’re battling giants and YOUR obedience will make a way for your children, your grandchildren, your generational line.
Your willingness to get free and stay free paves a way for your child to walk in freedom.
Your faith walk can be passed to your children as they watch you speak with God and move at His voice.
Your family is learning how to hear God and trust Him!
Keep going! Keep leaning in. Keep choosing the Lord when when it’s hard.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank YOU that Your eyes are upon us and the generations after us. Thank You Lord for building generationally. Strengthen us to stay on this path with You in full surrender and obedience. May our children see our radical faith and desire to know You and serve you too!
