Good Morning Gorgeous,
It’s a brand new day. A fresh start. Another day for the kingdom of God to advance. Another day for heaven to meet earth because of the people of God who say yes to the assignments that the Lord places on their hearts. When you pray, you access power in heaven that is available to you. Our prayers are powerful and as we speak things shift in the atmosphere around us and we are able to gain access what the Lord has already made available to us. There are many spiritual blessings that have already been given to us, but we have to learn how to access what the Lord is offering.

We are a powerful people of God given authority in the earth to move mountains, heal the sick, and preach the gospel. Jesus said that when He ascended to heaven, His followers would be able to perform even greater miracles because of the power of the Holy Spirit.

Yet, we have to be a faith filled people secure in the authority of Christ that lives in us. Someone in authority cannot fulfill their leadership role if they do not realize that they are in power. If they are not aware of their identity or if they don’t fully understand their position, they won’t be able to fully access their power and authority to effectively lead.

As a follower of Christ, there are many bold statements that the bible says about me that I am not yet fully accessing. I am still growing up in the power that has been given to me. I am still learning how to access heaven’s power while I am in the earth. I have seen the goodness of the Lord..I know His Presence that changes me. I have seen the works of His Hands and the miracles He has done in my life.

But I know as amazing as He is, there is even more beauty ahead. I know that as I walk in obedience, He will continue to carve out a path for me. I know that as I thirst and hunger for even more, He will satisfy my hunger and quench my thirst.

Friends, wherever you are in your walk with Jesus, He has MORE in store for you. You have more authority over your current situation than you currently realize. You have more power to move the mountain standing in your way than you may have once thought. You are able to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. You are able to pray for a hurting friend and watch things shift. You can speak to your pain and hurts and be filled with a joy that surpasses all understanding. These are all promises the bible gives to faith filled believers. So, if we are not yet experiencing this kind of Christian walk, the beautiful news is….God has more in store for us up ahead.

Wherever we are, He is wanting to always grow us deeper. He wants to strengthen our root system, gently and lovingly prune that which is ineffective, water us with living water, and increase our fruit abundantly.

This faith filled life is an empowered life.
Let’s pray for the Lord to show us our next step to grow deeper in our faith and to experience more of His power in our life.
You are powerful and you have great authority given to you by the Jesus through the Holy Spirit who lives inside of you. That is a great affirmation to begin to speak today:

I am powerful and walking in the authority given to me by Jesus Christ.

My prayers have the power to move mountains.

My mind is secure in Christ.

I am a child of God who has authority to speak to mountains, to pray for healing, to send the enemy fleeing, and to shift the atmosphere around me.

Dear Heavenly Father, move us deeper into our relationship with You. Strengthen our faith, and reveal to the people of Christ the power that is available to them so that we can effectively bring heaven to earth as we walk here in the earth. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
