Good Morning Gorgeous,
It’s a brand new day. A fresh start. Again and again and again God’s mercies freshly fall on us. He equips us each day anew and afresh for the day ahead.
He will meet you right where you are today. He will run to where you are today. As you call on Him in Prayer, He comes to where you are. He doesn’t wait for us to get it all together first. He doesn’t stand at a far off distance waiting for us to fight through the terrain coming after Him. Nope, it’s the other way around.
He will seek you out wherever you have traveled. No matter how deep in the forest, no matter how deep the waters, no matter how far into the wilderness, no matter the swampy, muddy mess you are currently standing in…. He will come to you right there.
Jesus demonstrated this as He walked the earth. He was even ridiculed by the religious leaders of the time for eating with notorious sinners. He replied back that He came to save the lost.
When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?” On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Jesus’s walk in the earth shows us the heart of the Father. We get to know how the Lord interacts with His people. We can see His love for us and the great lengths He is willing to go for His people.
Jesus proves that we have a God who doesn’t just write promises out in the bible that make us feel good, but that our God fulfills every single word spoken in scripture. He loves us. He desires us fully and intimately. And to prove it, He walked among us. Seeking out the hurting, the lost, the mistreated, and those who were living lives filled with sin.
He dined with them, taught them, spoke words of love and life to them, healed them, renamed them, changed the course of their lives, revived them, and restored them.
He didn’t ask them to wash first. He didn’t send them away and ask them to return when they had fixed their issues. He didn’t wait for them to set right their own ways. He got down in the muck and administered healing, life, and love. He tenderly and compassionately dressed their wounds and healed their sight, their ears, their speech, their perspective, their physical bodies, and their spirit. He is a God who comes to US with fresh new mercies every morning right where we stand TODAY..
Don’t wait another moment trying to get right before you talk to Jesus. Just turn and call on Him and He will be right there. In your trouble, He is there.
In your time of need, He is there.
In your darkness, He sheds light.
In your challenge, He has the answer key.
In your mud and muck, He has the cleansing water.
In your pain, He has the salve.
In your loneliness, He has relationship.
In your thirst, He has water.
In your need, He has provision.
In your joy, He celebrates.
In your triumph, He cheers.
In your perseverance, He strengthens you.
In your breakthrough, He restores you.
In your healing, He holds you.
In all seasons, all moments, He is with you. Right there with you. Whether you are in a season of darkness and struggle, or in a season of light and harvest, the Lord is right there with you. He meets us where we are and administers what we need to bring us forward with Him. We never have to work it out alone.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for showing us Your love through Jesus. Thank You for Your endless love, and your willingness to seek us out in the places we have wandered. Lord, meet us in our places of need today. Administer Your healing power and cleansing.. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
