Good Morning Gorgeous,
It’s a brand NEW day. A fresh NEW start.
And today is January 1st! A brand NEW year!
God has good plans for you!
His Word promises it!
And His intentions for you are good!
When we read the Bible, we can see God’s plans for a thing through His original design for it.
And in Genesis, we see God’s original design for people was complete protection, close relationship with the Lord, full provision, and also authority over God’s creation.
And then satan came to distort the truth and deceive them into a partnership with his destructive plan instead.
But what we see in Genesis is God’s perfect plans for us. Then we see throughout the entire rest of the Bible God’s restorative, redemption plans unfold and ultimately fulfilled in Jesus!
And so you can be absolutely assured that God’s design for you and His plans for you are for gooood!
Lean into that truth this year and allow Him to:
Make pathways in the desert.
Mountains move out of the way.
Strongholds finally crumble.
Enemies exposed.
And triumphant victory be your portion!
Here’s a prayer for you to start this New Year.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Here I am ready for Your plans, Your ways, Your original design for me to be restored. Lord, have YOUR way in me, in my life, in my mind, my will, and my emotions. Everything Lord I give to You to mold, shape, prune, heal, and restore. I have had enough of my ways. I have tried on my own far too long. I have carried loads that were never mine to carry. And I don’t want to carry them into the New Year. I want to release them unto You and make the beautiful exchange of my heavy burdens for Your light, easy one. Purify me Lord. Purify my intentions. Purify my motives. Purify my tongue to speak blessing and life only. Lord, cleanse me of all iniquity and keep me on the narrow path that leads to life and life abundantly. I am ready Lord to leave my ways behind for Your good and perfect ways. Here I am Lord willing to walk in Kingdom authority and be equipped to serve Your Kingdom. I am ready to boldly advance Your kingdom forcefully in the spiritual realm so that I experience breakthrough and harvest in the spiritual and the physical. JESUS, have Your way in me and in my life this year!
