Dear Christian Builder,
What are you building?
A strong faith that leaves an impact?
A healthy family?
A deep intimacy with the Lord?
A God honoring business?
Generational wealth?
Are you prepared for the voices?
When you begin to build, you can expect pushback, naysayers, mockers, and even your own internal insecurities to begin to get loud.
The voices may be people who are against your growth.
People who don’t understand the call on your life.
People who will be interupted and inconvenienced by your building phase.
People who preferred your old way of doing things.
People who prefer the “old” you before full surrender unto the Lord.
Be aware of these voices and your reaction to them.
If any of the voices align with your own internal fears, unhealed parts, doubts, or limiting beliefs about yourself, you may be tempted to believe them.
And if you believe the voices speaking against what you’re building, you may tempted to slow down or worse yet, quit!
Imagine the voices speaking against Noah, yet he kept building.
There were mockers speaking against David, yet he kept building.
There were naysayers against Jesus, He kept building the kingdom.
You were called for such a time as this.
You are here on purpose for a purpose and you must keeeep building.
Shake off the disappointment.
Brush off the losses.
Steady your hands. Dig in your heels.
And build unto the Lord. Build. Build. Build. You WILL see breakthrough and growth.
You will enter the promised land.
You will see the Lord move upon your obedience and bless the sweat of your brow.
Just keep. Going.
Dear Lord,
Strengthen me to keep going. Fill me with what I need to keep going despite the noise, the fear, the doubt, the mistakes, the messes, and the dust that comes with building. Lord, may I move with boldness and obedience.
In Jesus’s Name, Amen.
Blessings and building!
