Good Morning Gorgeous,
It’s a BRAND new day. A fresh new start.
And a brand new YEAR!
Today marks new beginnings all over the world.
And I am more determined than ever to build what the Lord is calling me to build.
Yesterday, I worked all morning. Pushed through some hard things and felt re-energized to continue in the assignments.
As I finalized my last task, two of my kids came flying around the corner playing, knocked into the leg of my desk, and both my coffee spilled and a huge glass of water. All over my desk.
I jumped up and immediately grabbed my bibles. Like first response.
I got them all out of the water and they didn’t get wet…
My laptop didn’t survive. I looked down at it and the screen went blue, then black, and it was all done.
I was frustrated and my kiddos all apologized and tried to help the best they could. It was truly just an accident.
But as I sat there feeling defeated two things stuck out at me.
➡️I saved the Bibles…. in my split second knee jerk reaction, my bibles were the most precious thing on that desk. And still are.
➡️ I’m not going to stop building. The Lord has instructed me to keep this year.
Keep going.
Keep building.
Keep that which has been entrusted to me.
Keep the ground I’ve already conquered.
And a broken laptop won’t stop me.
Fear won’t stop me.
Feeling vulnerable, exposed, and battle weary won’t stop me.
I’m building unto the Lord. And I choose to fix my gaze upon Him and build my life according to His Word.

May this be the year you fall deeply in LOVE with His Word.
May this be the year you stick with the Bible plan.
May this be the year the words jump of the pages and come alive in you.
May this be the year you eat His Word with a wild appetite.
May this be the year of building a firm foundation that CANNOT be shaken.
May this be the year of deep revelation of what the Word really says.
May this be the year you find Jesus all throughout the scriptures.
May this be the year, the Word gets in you and flows back out of you onto others.
May this be the year of radical hearing, radical obedience, radical boldness, and radical breakthrough.
Jesus Christ is readying His Bride for His return. He is coming for those who have their oil lamps full!
May you be filled every. Single. Day of 2025 and be completely transformed by His life giving Word.
