Grace Wins Post 2: Types of Grace

Good Morning Gorgeous,

It’s a brand new day. A fresh start! A new day has been gifted to us. Along with the beautiful blessing of a new, a new day often also brings needs.

On any given day, each of us is usually in need of provision from God in one or more area of our life.

And the beautiful gift of a new day is that it also comes with the grace needed from God to walk out that day.

When we rise with the understanding that everything we need is found in Jesus, it causes us to lean closer into Him.

When we realize that not by our own might, but by His grace alone we are able to accomplish all He has called us to, it makes time with Him essential.

He is our power source, and I never want to be disconnected from Him. He promises that when we draw near to Him, He draws near to us. So when we feel low on power or lacking His Presence, it’s not Him pulling away from us. If we seek Him, we will find Him. Those are His promises to us.

And BECAUSE of JESUS, we have full access to our Father God. We can boldly approach the throne and receive the grace we need each and every day. Each and every moment.

God’s grace is available again and again and again.

His grace is even more than whatever we currently believe we know about it. I can boldly say that there is more to be revealed because God and His ways are higher than our ways. So whatever understanding you have of His grace, no matter how deep His grace has already been revealed to you, HE HAS EVEN MORE in store to reveal to you. And its personal and individual. He will give you personal experiences with Him as He lavishly pours out the exact grace you need in the moment.

Grace is so multi-faceted, that as you follow Jesus, you will experience His grace in a multitude of different ways and for various needs.

I thought this morning about some of the different types of grace that God has so mercifully poured over me:

Each one meeting a different need. Each one freely given. Each type of grace given because of the unmerited favor of a good, good Father!

Meaning even when I don’t deserve His grace, it’s available. I don’t have to strive, work, or earn it. There are ways to access the grace God has for us, and we will dig into those ways in the coming blog posts.

The first will be God’s Saving Grace.

Saving grace= Foundation of our Christian walk with Jesus.
