And MORE than ONCE!
Good Afternoon Child of the Most High God,
It’s a brand NEW day. A fresh NEW start. And ALL things are becoming NEW.
I share alot about surrender because at the point of surrender, something OLD is being traded for NEW.
An old way. An old habit. An old mindset. An old belief. An old selfish intention. An old pattern. An old assignment.
Surrender is a choice to put away an old way that was comfortable or painful.
Easy or hard.
Desirable or undesirable.
Something you wanted or didn’t want.
Surrender is not always laying down SIN.
Sometimes it’s a beloved job. Sometimes it the easy way you’re laying down for something hard God is calling you to.
Surrender says to the spiritual realm.
NOT my way anymore, but HIS!
And this is the path to life transformation again and again and again and again!
The disciples left everything to follow Christ.
Abraham left his homeland.
The Israelites left Egypt where they worked hard but were well fed.
Each account came with a surrender of an OLD way for a NEW way.
🕑I made a decision 8 months ago to leave my job of 20 years. I never saw it coming! I believed I would make it to a full thirty years and then retire with a comfortable pension at only 53!
God said He was calling me to a place that He would show me when I got there!
✨️I obeyed with my knees knocking and now my life feels like mine again! (It’s God’s first, but I’m no longer bound to working for someone else and I can homeschool and obey God in this new call of entrepreneurship/ ministry.)
And this wild transformation happened FAST with one decision.
👬I remember another time I obeyed God and one decision changed everything and it brought twin 15 month old boys into my life! And later my baby girl.
🔗I remember the day I got serious about going ALL in with God for real for real and He set me free from demonic torment in my mind.
I remember. The decisions that changed my life.
And I’m currently making ANOTHER one.
You’ll have to keep following to watch it unfold as I’m not released to share it yet.
But it is a merging of business and ministry! God has called me to BOTH.
What is the ONE thing God is asking you to surrender in this season?
It’s time to trade the OLD wineskin for the NEW.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Reveal to us where we are holding back from total Surrender. Reveal the idols. What needs to be layed down and what needs to be picked up. Holy Spirit, help me to finally let go of what’s hurting me, hindering me, or slowing down my growth. I give You permission to enter every part of my life and begin to work on me so that every area reflects abundant life. Here I am Lord, all Yours. May my whole life reflect that I’m Your disciple.
